In addition to its Leasing services, Sunrise has spent nearly 30 years developing a comprehensive asset management system designed to meet all asset management needs for any Vendor type and for the various Leasing Programs designed and marketed by Sunrise. A typical Lease requires basic billing and collection activities. However, Sunrise's advanced computer system and its willingness to add specialized programming, provides the framework for complete support for virtually any situation that a Vendor Program may require.
The following provides insight into the system capabilities of Sunrise's computer system and administrative "back-room". These capabilities translate into the ability to offer Vendors a package of services that is unmatched in the Leasing industry.
Asset Management: Often times a Vendor will be interested in making sure that certain assets are being effectively deployed or used within certain parameters, but are not interested in developing the computer capability and employment base that is necessary to accomplish the given goal. Sunrise is able to implement the specific instructions from the Vendor with respect to the deployment and movement of particular assets. These services can be used in conjunction with Leased equipment or with equipment that it owns.
Asset Tracking and Individual Asset Identification: Each asset that Sunrise purchases in conjunction with a Lease is individually identified on the computer system. The Sunrise System contains listings of all Vendor Product by Model and Parts numbers, descriptions, List Prices, Lessee Cost and Serials Numbers. This allows for complete flexibility with respect to movement, pricing, and combinations of various asset packages.
Bundled Services Billing: In more and more situations Vendors are finding that the only way to meet the competition is to combine multiple services into its pricing schemes. Sunrise has the ability to invoice customers for several different services on the same invoice. These can either be detailed individually or combined so that the customer only receives an invoice that contains one charge. Detailed reports are available to identify the charges invoiced. Imagine being able to combine Equipment, Software, hardware and software maintenance, consumables, commissions, and other items into one monthly payment that is invisible to the customer.
Electronic MultiVendor Payments: In order to remit payments to multiple service providers Sunrise has developed the MultiVendor payment module. This function separates payments that are received into the components that were invoiced for remittance to the various service providers. Since this is all accomplished electronically there is no manual sorting of cash receipts and therefore no delay in paying the various vendors that are providing services to a Lessee.
MultiVendor Coordination of Services: Sunrise is able to coordinate the activities of several Vendors who wish to work together to package goods and services to quickly penetrate newly emerging markets. Sunrise's role is typically one of coordinating and documenting the responsibilities of each party, handling logistics, and implementing the program.
Vendor Service Provider Identification and Tracking: The Sunrise System can currently identify numerous service providers and link all appropriate Service Providers to each Customer account. Each account is electronically tagged with critical Vendor information. This information is online and available to respond to requests for service or complaints or simply for the information of the Customer.
Service Dispatch Capabilities: Sunrise is able to dispatch Vendor approved service technicians to perform emergency repair services as well as routine preventive maintenance calls on your customers. This helps to strengthen the bond between a Vendor and its independent service agent network by providing them with increased revenues.
